Dr. Nancy Marchell, MD is a board-certified dermatologist and fellowship-trained Mohs surgeon with training in surgical, laser, and cosmetic procedures. She completed her dermatology residency at George Washington University Medical Center and was chief resident in dermatology at Washington Hospital Center in D.C., prior to completing her Mohs and laser fellowship in San Diego. She is a Diplomat of the American Board of Dermatology, and a Fellow of the American Academy of Dermatology, the American Society of Mohs Micrographic Surgery, the American Society for Laser Medicine and Surgery, and the American Society of Dermatologic Surgery. Dr. Marchell’s research is published in several peer-reviewed medical journals, including the Journal of the American Academy of Dermatology, Archives of Dermatology, Dermatologic Surgery, Aesthetic Dermatology & Cosmetic Surgery, Journal of Investigative Dermatology, Journal of Clinical Investigation, and Lasers in Surgery in Medicine. She contributed to a chapter in the book “Cosmetic Surgery: An Interdisciplinary Approach”. Dr. Marchell is an invited national and international guest lecturer for physician groups. She was born and raised in Honolulu, Hawaii and practiced Mohs surgery for 13 years in South Florida before moving to the Midwest. She has completed over 12,000 Mohs procedures in her career and is licensed to practice in Colorado, Texas.
